AR-15 RAFFLE DONATION

A donation of $30 per ticket number is required; all donations must be paid before the raffle to be included in the drawing. All unsold numbers become the property of the Henry County Republican Party. On 11/12/24, at 6:59 PM, the AR-15 plus gun lock will be raffled off. The winning number will be selected using pickerwheel.com - an online random optimizer during the beginning of the November monthly meeting In McDonough, GA, and venture to Facebook live at 6:59pm on the site : https://www.facebook.com/HCGOP . If the meeting is canceled, the alternate drawing location will be 199 Turner Street, McDonough, GA 30253 at the next published meeting date. Monthly meeting details shall be posted on the Henry County Republican Party website and all social media sites. A maximum of 300 tickets will be sold. Last available time for ticket sales is 11/12/24 at 6:30pm. All sales are FINAL. Winning numbers will be posted on the Henry County Republican Party website and Facebook page. Upon verification by the Henry County Republican Party, the winning ticket holder will be contacted by a Henry County Republican Party designee. The ticket owner must be at least 18 years of age, provide proof of identification, be a US resident, and must be capable of passing all applicable background checks. Persons under the age of 18 may not purchase a ticket or win a prize. If the winner fails to pass applicable background checks, their prize will be forfeited to the Henry County Republican Party. You need not be present to win; however, all guns must be claimed within 15 days of the winning drawing date. If the prize is not claimed within 15 days, the riffle becomes the property of the Henry County Republican Party. ONLY THE PERSON NAMED ON THE WINNING TICKET MAY CLAIM THE PRIZE. The prize will be picked up at the participating dealer specified by the Henry County Republican Party. Henry County Republican Party and its affiliates are not responsible for any fees associated with winning a prize. Firearms are inherently dangerous. Winners are responsible for safe usage and must follow all laws, regulations, and manufacturers’ instructions for safe firearms handling. The Henry County Republican Party holds no liability for improper use of the firearm. The Henry County Republican Party reserves the right to modify any prize firearm listed if needed based on the manufacturer’s available inventory. Tickets and prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. The official and complete rules shall be posted on the Henry County Republican Party website www.henryrepublicans.org.
